Any frontline staff that have been working full time during the Covid-19 Outbreak keeping the nation going during the lockdown, including but not limited to;

- Law Enforcement (Police, Traffic, Rangers, Prison Officers, etc)
- Medical (Doctors, Nurses, Hospital Staff of any kind)
- Federal & State Government and Local Council Workers
- Educational (Teachers, Child Care, Kindergarten, Education Admin Staff)
- Food Services and Distribution including supermarket processing and primary producers
- Transport and Logistics Workers (truckies, warehouse works, etc)
- All Construction and Maintenance Workers and Trades

- You must be over 18 years of age and at least one of the applicants must be either an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or NZ citizen.
- Have a combined household income of $75,000 pa (both partners combined)
- Have good credit history with no unpaid defaults, not be an undischarged bankrupt
- Must not have owned a property in Australia before (this is for the Gov’t grant only)
- Must meet the bank’s standard credit criteria for a loan sufficient to purchase the property
