& Pre-approvals

For many of us, buying a new home is the biggest purchase of our personal lives. It should not be a rushed decision, and the process should be well planned, complete with clear checkpoints and re-assessments along the way.

The first step in our process is to find out how much you can safely borrow towards your new home. This is before we start discussing our signature solutions and government incentives. This step is all about you and your current situation with income and debts.

Our process is thorough, but we are with you every step of the way. We properly assess your situation and borrowing capacity, and create personalised financing plans through our lending partners.

Financial Checkpoints

We start with pre-qualifications to find out how much you can safely borrow. This is our very first assessment, to get an idea of your current situation for income, debts, or liabilities, and how much you have saved for a deposit.

Our mortgage brokers will review your assessment to provide you with personalised options, tailored for your budget and situation.

After we meet you and find out what you would like for your new home, we’ll gather qualifying documents for your detailed finance assessment.

After you have chosen your land and house design option, all based on the tailored plans that were created for you, it’s time for your final steps of submitting the contracts, applications and awaiting approval.

Once you reach this point, you have made it! You are at the final step, ready for settlement and moving into your new home.

The whole process takes time, but for everyone involved, it is both rewarding and exciting. With the right assistance, it can be stress-free. We work with you to handle all the paperwork, and make sure you are never sold into a plan, package or home that is outside of your budget.
