After we meet you and find out what you would like for your new home, we’ll gather qualifying documents for your detailed finance assessment.
CONTRACTS & BROKERS APPLICATION
After you have chosen your land and house design option, all based on the tailored plans that were created for you, it’s time for your final steps of submitting the contracts, applications and awaiting approval.
Once you reach this point, you have made it! You are at the final step, ready for settlement and moving into your new home.
